(1) 100% refund of the total booking amount will be provided if the booking is cancelled 45 days or more prior to the check-in date.
(2) 75% refund of the total booking amount will be provided if the booking is cancelled 30 to 44 days prior to the check-in date.
(3) 50% refund of the total booking amount will be provided if the booking is cancelled 15 to 29 days prior to the check-in date.
(4) No refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the check-in date.
(5) For payments made in international currencies, the refund amount is subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
(6) Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
(7) GST is applicable on the cancellation fee.
(8) All refunds will exclude service costs and taxes which were charged at the time of booking.
(9) Applicable bank charges may be deducted from refunded amounts.
(10) Non-refundable Periods: Bookings made during long weekends, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods (festivals, Christmas & New Year’s) are non-refundable and non-changeable.
(11) Applicable refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days.
