- For cancellations that are made beyond 30 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the amount will be refunded via the original payment mode.
- For cancellations that are made 15-30 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the amount will be refunded via the original payment mode.
- For any cancellations made within 15 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
- For payments made in international currencies, the refund amount is subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
- Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
- GST is applicable on the cancellation fee.
- All refunds will exclude service costs and taxes which were charged at the time of booking.
- Applicable bank charges may be deducted from refunded amounts.
- Non-refundable periods: Bookings made during long weekends, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods (festivals, Christmas and New Year) are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Our staff timings are from 8am to 10pm. Any additional working hours starting from 10pm to 2am will be at an additional cost of Rs.1500++ per attendant, and subject to availability.
Yes, we love pets! Your furry family member is welcome at pet-friendly Villa Nora at Rs.15,000 + taxes per stay.
Please note that only one pet is allowed in the villas, and pets are not allowed in the kitchen, pool, sofas, or beds. In case of any breakages caused by pets, you may be charged extra.
