Villas by Noor offers luxury accommodations ideal for families, corporate retreats, business meetings, and team-building events. This Corporate Reservation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for companies booking our villas for corporate purposes.
Use of the Website
By using this Website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Eligibility
Corporate reservations are available to businesses, organizations, and registered entities. The person making the booking must be authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the organization.
Booking Policy
Booking confirmation
Booking is confirmed only after 100% payment by the guests. Once confirmed, Noor Luxe Homes shall send a Booking Confirmation Voucher, which entitles the guest to check in to the property on the dates confirmed. Please note, guests will not be allowed to check in unless this voucher is issued.
Booking Process
Inquiry and Quotation
To make a corporate reservation, please contact our corporate sales team at stay@villasbynoor.com or call +91 860 086 0020. Provide details including the number of guests, preferred dates, and any specific requirements. We will respond with a customized quotation.
Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed once the deposit (as specified in the quotation) are received. The remaining balance shall be due before check-in which will be intimated before.
Reservation
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to check-in. Payment methods accepted will be detailed during the booking process.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. An early check-in request can be accommodated based on availability.
Check-Out
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests can be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
Property Use
Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and respect the property, staff, and neighbours. Any damage caused by the guests will be the responsibility of the company.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for each villa is stated in the booking agreement. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or termination of the booking.
Amenities and Services
Included Services
Our villas include amenities such as Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, housekeeping services, and more. Specific details will be provided in the booking agreement.
Additional Services
Additional services such as catering, transportation, and event planning can be arranged upon request and at additional cost. Please discuss your requirements with our corporate sales team.
Guest Responsibilities
Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property, staff, and neighbours. Any damage caused by guests will be charged to them.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be specified in the booking confirmation. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
Villas by Noor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the property. The company booking the villa is responsible for any damage caused by their guests. We strive to provide a high-quality experience, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on the Website. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or your stay at our villa.
Insurance
We recommend that companies secure appropriate travel and liability insurance for their stay.
Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or an alternative booking date. If you choose to rebook at a different time, any difference in price will be your responsibility.
Early Departure
If you decide to check out before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued for the unused nights.
No-Shows
If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
